Question 1

Do I need any fishing experience?

Accepted Answer

No. Complete beginners are very welcome. Tony can teach everything from the start.

Question 2

Do I need my own equipment?

Accepted Answer

Not necessarily. Equipment can be provided by arrangement. Tony may also ask what equipment you currently own so he can recommend whether to bring it.

Question 3

Can children come?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Fishing sessions can be adapted for children and families.

Question 4

Can you guarantee we will catch fish?

Accepted Answer

No. No responsible angler can genuinely guarantee a catch — fish are wild and conditions change, and you may not catch anything on the day. Tony uses his experience of tides, weather, wind, venues, bait and fish behaviour to give guests the strongest practical chance, but a session without a catch is not grounds for a refund.

Question 5

How many people can come?

Accepted Answer

A maximum of 4 people per party, adults and children together.

Question 6

What if I need to cancel or change my date?

Accepted Answer

Cancel more than 14 days before your session and your deposit is refunded in full; inside 14 days it is retained. You can move your date once — any further change is at Tony's discretion and must be agreed by him.

Question 7

Where will we fish?

Accepted Answer

That depends on the experience, season and conditions. Tony will usually recommend the most appropriate location after reviewing everything.

Question 8

Can I choose a location?

Accepted Answer

You can certainly request an area. Tony may recommend a different location if conditions make somewhere else more appropriate.

Question 9

What happens if the weather is poor?

Accepted Answer

Safety always comes first. Tony may recommend moving location, changing the session or postponing where conditions are unsuitable.

Question 10

Can Tony help experienced anglers?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Existing anglers can book focused improvement sessions.

Question 11

Can Tony come on my boat?

Accepted Answer

Potentially yes. Tony does not provide or operate a charter boat. Boat coaching means Tony accompanies the customer on a suitable customer-owned or properly skippered boat.
